  • Call you insurance company directly and ask for your benefits for out-patient therapy.
  • Contact our office staff- we are here to help you verify coverage and benefits.

Most insurance companies cover therapy services with only an order from your physician. There are some instances that we are required to get authorization from your insurance company, after your initial visit. We handle the authorization process in-house and will communicate with you physician directly, if we require their assistance.

Deductible/ Copays / Co-insurance
Payment for therapy varies by insurance plan and coverage. The amount you are responsible to pay are decided by you employer, insurance company and plan that you chose. Payments can be made by cash, credit card or check.

We verify coverage and inform you of any out of pockets expenses that may be required. We require payment of all copays and co-insurance at the time of service. If you have a large deductible with your policy, we will bill you after the insurance company determines your portion.

If you have questions about coverage or financial responsibility you can verify benefits at any time by contacting your insurance company directly.

If your injury occurred on the job, you may be eligible for coverage through NYS workers compensation board for rehabilitation services. While our amazing therapists work with you on your recovery, our friendly administrative staff will help you navigate through the claims process, documentation, and reporting requirements. We will communicate and coordinate with all parties involved in managing your work injury. Coverage under worker's compensation is determined by reporting injury to your employer and seeking an appointment from physician to coordinate care and further testing.

If your injury or condition was caused by a motor vehicle accident (MVA), the assessment and treatment services are covered by your automobile insurance carrier. Our helpful administrative staff and therapists will ensure we access the appropriate insurances relating to your injury and treatment. Coverage under no fault is determined by your injury and your physicians documentation of condition being related to accident.
